Camp Friendship

Camp Friendship is First Presbyterian Preschool’s summer program designed to extend the FPP experience into the summer months. Children enjoy a familiar, nurturing environment filled with play, creativity, movement, and meaningful connections with trusted teachers and friends..

Summer 2026

Dates: June 8–July 24
Ages: 18 months–Rising First Graders
Hours: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Location: First Presbyterian Preschool

Camp Friendship runs for six weeks each summer, with each week centered around a unique theme. Families may register for individual weeks or multiple weeks, depending on availability.

Weekly Themes

Each week of Camp Friendship features a unique theme designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning.

Week 1:

Color Wonder Cup
June 8–12

Campers explore the science and beauty of color through hands-on art, color mixing, rainbows, prisms, and colorful cooking projects.

Week 4:

Fairytale STEAM Quest
July 6–10

Classic fairytales inspire hands-on STEAM learning as campers design pig houses, build bridges for trolls, and create chairs fit for bears.

Week 2:

The Great Roundabout
June 15–18

A four-day week focused on rolling, bouncing, and bubbling fun. Campers investigate circles and round shapes found in nature, architecture, and everyday objects.

Week 5:

A Bountiful Summer
July 13–17

Campers explore fruits, vegetables, flowers, trees, and plants through gardening, nature walks, and sensory exploration.

Week 3:

Hit the Stage!
June 22–26

A week centered on creativity and self-expression. Campers sing, dance, design, and build confidence through collaborative play.

Week 6:

Camp Friendship Carnival
July 20–24

A joyful celebration to wrap up the summer with games, art, laughter, and nonstop fun. Festive activities and creative projects bring the season to a memorable close.

Little Leonardos

Afternoon Enrichment Program

Extend your camper’s day with Little Leonardos, a creative afternoon experience that builds on the morning’s energy through hands-on projects and imaginative exploration.

Hours: 1:00pm–3:00pm
Cost: $250 per week
Requirement: Students must be potty-trained
